These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Email Designer software application ("Software") provided by NoCodeDoc ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), accessible at nocodedoc.com. By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. License Grant
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Software on a single device. This license covers personal and commercial use. It does not include the right to:
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the Software or your license key with third parties
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Software
- Use the Software to build a competing product or service
2. License Activation
The Pro license is activated using a unique license key tied to a single machine. Each license key may be active on one (1) device at a time. You may deactivate your license and transfer it to a different device at any time. Sharing license keys is prohibited and may result in revocation without refund.
3. Free Tier
The Software is available in a free tier with limited functionality. The free tier is provided "as is" with no warranty or support obligations. We reserve the right to modify the features available in the free tier at any time without notice.
4. Pricing and Payment
The Pro license is available for a one-time payment of $49 USD (or equivalent in your local currency at the time of purchase). Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. Payment is processed by our authorized payment processor (currently Lemon Squeezy). By purchasing, you also agree to the payment processor's terms of service.
5. Refund Policy
To request a refund:
- Email support@nocodedoc.com within 14 days of your purchase date
- Include your order number and the email address used for purchase
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
After 14 days, purchases are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued if the license key has been shared with third parties or if the account has been flagged for abuse.
6. Intellectual Property
The Software — including all code, design, graphics, documentation, and related materials — is the intellectual property of NoCodeDoc, protected by copyright and applicable intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants a license to use the Software; it does not transfer any ownership rights.
Email templates and content you create using the Software are entirely your property. We assert no ownership over your designs or data.
7. Data and Privacy
The Software operates primarily on your local device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your email designs, templates, or personal data, except for:
- License activation and validation (license key and anonymous machine identifier)
- Crash reports (only if you explicitly opt in)

8. SMTP and Email Sending
The Software allows you to send test emails using your own SMTP credentials. We do not provide SMTP services. You are solely responsible for:
- Compliance with applicable anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, CASL, etc.) when sending emails
- The security of your SMTP credentials and server configuration
- The content of all emails sent using the Software
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOCODEDOC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR YOUR SOFTWARE LICENSE.
11. Email Client Compatibility
While we engineer the Software for maximum compatibility, we cannot guarantee that exported templates will render identically across all email clients, browsers, or devices. Email client rendering behavior is outside our control and varies significantly by platform and version.
12. Updates and Support
A Pro license includes all updates released within the current major version. We are not obligated to provide updates, new features, or support indefinitely. Priority email support is available to all active Pro license holders.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your license if you materially violate these Terms, including but not limited to sharing license keys, reverse engineering the Software, or using it for illegal purposes. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Australia.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Software after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
