1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
- Email address — collected when you purchase a license or contact support
- Payment details — processed by our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy). We do not store credit card numbers or payment credentials
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Anonymous machine identifier — a randomly generated ID created locally on your device, used solely for license activation. It contains no personally identifiable information
- License status — active, deactivated, or revoked
- Last activation timestamp
- Software version number — used for update checks, if you have update checking enabled
1.3 Information We Do Not Collect
We explicitly do not collect, access, or transmit any of the following:
- Your email designs, templates, or project files
- Your SMTP credentials, email server configuration, or emails you send
- Keystrokes, clipboard contents, screen recordings, or browsing history
- Personal files or documents stored on your device
- Hardware specifications or device fingerprints beyond the anonymous machine ID
2. How We Use Your Information
- License activation and validation — to verify your purchase and enforce the one-device-per-license policy
- Customer support — to respond to your enquiries and resolve issues
- Payment processing — to complete your purchase (managed by our payment processor)
- Product improvement — aggregated, anonymous usage statistics, only if you explicitly opt in
3. Data Storage and Security
All project data, templates, and settings are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data under any circumstances.
License activation records are stored on our servers (Cloudflare Workers with KV storage). This is limited to: license key hash, anonymous machine ID, email address, activation timestamps, and license status. All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS and stored with appropriate access controls.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Lemon Squeezy — payment processing. Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record and is subject to their own privacy policy
- Cloudflare — hosting and license infrastructure. Subject to Cloudflare's privacy policy
We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal information with any other third parties for any purpose.
5. Cookies
Our website may use essential session cookies required for basic functionality. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or third-party analytics. The Software itself (the desktop application) does not use cookies.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Object to or restrict processing of your data
- Request a portable copy of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent

7. Data Retention
We retain license activation records for as long as your license remains active. If you request deletion of your data, we will remove it within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law (such as financial records for tax purposes, which we retain for 7 years).
8. Children's Privacy
The Software is not intended for use by persons under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has inadvertently provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. International Data Transfers
Our infrastructure is operated by Cloudflare, which may process and store data in multiple countries. By using the Software, you acknowledge that your limited activation data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, subject to appropriate security safeguards.
10. GDPR Compliance (EU / EEA)
If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, we process your data under the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract — license activation and validation
- Legitimate interests — product security and improvement
- Consent — optional crash reporting and analytics
You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (data protection authority) if you believe your rights have been infringed.
11. CCPA Compliance (California Residents)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, to request deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information to any third party.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Software following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
